PIMPURSTYLE COSTUMER CARE

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All items are brand new.We only sell quality stylish fashionable apparel from 
Malaysia,US,Japan,Korea and China.

2. Customers are advised to carefully check the photos, measurements and the 
description of items before making an order.

3. Items ordered are meticulously inspected before being shipped to ensure the quality 
of the items. The colour may slightly vary from the pictures shown due to 
the lighting. We have done our best to display the colors of the apparels 
shown on our website as accurately as possible .

4.Extremely for serious buyers only and no backouts. 
Backouts will be blacklisted.

5.Booking is valid for 3 days only (in stock items).
6.Item(s) will be sold to another customer if no payments received within booking period.
7.Item(s) booked according to FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis customer.
8.If no payment received within the booking period, the item will be sold 
 to others based on FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE.
9. If the item(s) that has been pre-ordered was out of stock,you may 
choose to 100% refund, change colour or change item.

10. Items are non refundable or exchangeable after being sold
(unless the mistake is coming from us).
11. We will ship the items ordered immediately once the payment is completed
(for ready stock item only).
12. We are not responsible for any loss of items or damage during delivery 
(but I'll make sure that before delivery, all items will be packed nicely).
13. Please allow :
2-3 days for delivery (READY STOCK items).
3-4 weeks for delivery (PRE-ORDER items)

14. Postage Charges are not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the postage depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
15. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia for delivery purposes.


RETURN POLICY:

You can return your purchase if the problem is caused by us. 
The returnable items should complies with our policy as follows:

1. We do not cover the return postage fees.
2. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging (with taps, tags or boxes). 
Your request will not be entertained if any of these missing.
3.Immediately return the purchase once you have notify us regarding this matter. not later than 3 days.


NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

1. Design or color of the item(s) is slightly differ from picture displayed
2. Minor loose threads
3. Measurements of item received slightly differ 1~3cm from its original item.
4.Buyers who did not provide us with reasonable reason and post the item(s) back without notify us
